Andrew Richmond is the founder and only surviving member of the St. Louis Exploratory Committee. He is an aspiring pickler and ornithologist. He has an MFA in saving lives and a BS in patchwork. Favorite non-menu items are Barry Hannah, Robert Lopez, Larry Brown and William Gass. Favorite pitchman is Brian Busby, weatherman, KMBC 9 News Kansas City.
